ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
The Joseph Wolph Foundation is the fulfillment of Mr. Wolph's desire to teach others the joy of musical performance. The Foundation works to place instruments in the hands of aspiring musicians, not just for fun, but for life.
Each gift to the foundation is a step in a pathway to performance for young musicians, as our sole mission is to serve eager young students by giving them access to quality instruments.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
The Joseph Wolph Foundation welcomes donations of any size. You can be certain of your contribution benefitting young musicians who participate in their high school’s formal music education classes and performances.
We also are happy to hear of music programs in need, particularly in the Northwest Ohio area.
APPLY FOR GRANTS ONLINE
Beginning on March 11, 2024, The Joseph Wolph Foundation will only accept requests for grants using our application form. No other forms of request will be considered for an award.
And, as of March 11, 2024, the Foundation will be capping its available grant funds per quarter. The new amount for each quarter will be stated on the Apply page of this website, on or about the first days of January, April, July, and October of each year.
The Foundation may also make Urgent Need grants available at our discretion. Urgent Need grants are capped at $500.00. For more information, see the Apply page.
